Ernesto started his legal path in the year 2014 in Clifford Chance’s Real Estate department and moved on to develop his career in Jones Day, until he joined Carlander Law Firm in the year 2020.
His practice focuses on real estate and M&A transactions including urban development, project management, and real estate and planning due diligence processes. He has experience representing clients operating in main sectors of the real estate industry, including commercial, residential, logistics, and industrial real estate assets.
Ernesto has a Degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Masters in Financial Markets from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles and has obtained the Urban Planning diploma issued by the Town Council of Marbella and the FYDU Foundation.
